Ratt Band Members don’t have the right to Tour as RATT

Drummer Bobby Blotzer had been touring under the “Ratt” band name with a diferent set of band mates other than the original roster, which included Stephen Pearcy, Juan Croucier and Warren DeMartini. After Blotzer appeared on a podcast the preverbial infringement hit the fan and the rights to the name “Ratt” remain in litigation.
