People magazine reports that Reynolds and his wife Aja Volkman welcomed fraternal twin daughters this past Tuesday. Gia James arrived first, followed twelve minutes later by Coco Rae.
In a statement to People, the couple says, “These have been the most magical/restless/overwhelming/rewarding hours of our lives. We couldn’t be more in love with our girls.”
“Gia James” was chosen because the couple wanted an Italian name, while Aja’s dad’s name is James. As for “Coco Rae,” they just “liked the sound of it.”
The new arrivals join big sister Arrow Eve, who’s four-and-a-half.
The couple tells People, “Arrow has been doting over her sisters. She keeps telling us that she will be the best babysitter for them, ‘even when they are all grandmas.’”
